MDX06 Series of Single & Multistage TE Modules

ML SERIES

This new series of two-stage TE modules has been designed for applications where a relatively large cold side is required as well as two-stage level cooling capacity. The series combines two concepts: high density of elements and parallel-serial interconnections between stages.

  • Modules of the series have equivalent cold and hot sides
  • Cascade connection combines series and parallel.

MDX Series consists of two sub-series - MDX04 and MDX06. The MDX04 sub-series has pellets of 0.4x0.4 mm2 cross-section; MDX06 - more powered sub-series - 0.6x0.6 mm2.
