MC10 Series of Single & Multistage TE Modules

MC10

The MC10 Series contains more than 70 different thermoelectric coolers. MC10 TE coolers are the largest by dimensions TECs in RMT standard range. Single- and multistage TECs are available with cold side dimensions in a range from 9x15mm2 to 18x18mm2. TE coolers from MC10 Series are optimized for CCD and FPA applications, powerful LD cooling and cooled mirror hygrometers. MC10 Series TECs have a wide range of standard manufacturing options for TEC height, ceramics material surface and terminal contacts.

All MC10 thermoelectric coolers are RoHS compliant and qualified by Telcordia GR-468 standard. RMT improved thermoelectric material provides high performance and low power consumption.

Thermoelectric coolers from MC10 Series are based on RMT regular assembly technology with up to 12W/cm2 cooling power density. Thermoelectric coolers use terminal wires connection type only. Al2O3 ceramics is used by default for most of MC10 Series TECs. RMT Ltd provide a wide range of manufacturing options for the most optimal integrating into final application. The table below contains all standard thermoelectric coolers from MC10 Series with performance values specified at +27ºC Vacuum and +50ºC Dry N2 conditions.
