The RMT's Thermistors
are small glass coated beads made of special thermistor composition with negative temperature
coefficient (NTC) of resistance and onto thin platinum wires.
Very thin glass coating is used for protection of thermistor bead.
All thermistors are aged for long period of time at the temperature 120 oC and
more. So they exhibit excellent stability for all operating temperatures below aging
temperature.
Due to small body volume thermistors demonstrate ultra-fast response time, relatively
high power sensitivity and low heat capacity. |
