COOLING MODULES

RMT
manufactures a wide range of TE
coolers from miniature to high power modules, single stage and multi-stage
types, different DC current values, all with unique custom parameter options.
More than seven hundred standard sizes of modules are available. Cold sides range from 1 x
2 mm² to 20 x 20 mm², maximum current ranges from
0.3 to 10 Amp, DTmax
- from 73°C in single stage to 150°C in multi-stage configurations.

MC Series
of Single and Multi-Stage TE
Coolers
Basic large series designed for cooling and thermostabilization of microchips, IR instruments and elements of semiconductor quantum
electronics. Due to the use of high quality materials, MC Series microcoolers provide
increased
DTmax and higher cooling capacity. The TE Coolers are compatible with components of microelectronics by
dimensions and power requirements.
Many
options are available: TEC chaps, terminal wires, surface finish and use
of different high quality ceramics. |
MC04 Series
of Single and Multi-Stage TE
Coolers
The
subseries miniature TE modules is based on use of thermoelements (pellets)
of cross-section 0.4x0.4 mm². Each
TEC type is available of five height option. Height is variable due to a
range of standard pellet heights: 0.5-0.8-1.0-1.2-1.5 mm.
The MC04 series consists of more than 135 different TECs. |
MC06 Series
of Single and Multi-Stage TE
Coolers
The
biggest subseries of MC. The series is based on use of thermoelements
(pellets) of cross-section 0.6x0.6 mm². Each
TEC type is available of five height option. Height is variable due to a
range of standard pellet heights: 0.5-0.8-1.0-1.2-1.5 mm.
The MC06 series consists of more than 200 different TECs. |
MC10 Series
of Multi-Stage TE
Coolers
Most
powerful subseries of MC. The series is based on use of thermoelelements
(pellets) of cross-section 1.0x1.0 mm². Each
TEC type of the series is available of three height option, due to a
range of standard pellet heights: 1.0-1.5-2.0 mm.
The MC10 series consists of more than 65 different TECs. |
MD Series of Single and Multi-Stage TE
Coolers
NEW! Feature
of this new
MD series of miniature TE modules is
increased cooling capacity. Cooling power density of the TECs is up to 15
W/cm²
(optional types - up to 25 W/cm².That is a result of increased density and very low profile of thermoelements.
The series consist of two subseries: MD04 and MD06. More than 200 new
TEC types from single to four stage are available. |

ML Series
of Single Stage TE
Coolers
The
ML series has been developed for Telecom applications. The
module types of the series are optimized for "butterfly", HHL
and other laser diode packages and objects to be cooled down (laser chips,
non linear crystals).
Modules of the series apply of Aluminum Nitride
ceramics for effective heat transfer. |
MP
Series of Two Stage TE Coolers
This
new
MP series of two-stage TE modules has
been designed for applications where a relatively large cold side is
required as well as two-stage cooling. Modules
of the series have equivalent cold and hot sides.
That is a result of combined series and parallel cascade connection |

MDX Series
of Two Stage TE
Coolers
This
new MDX series of two-stage TE modules has
been designed for applications where a relatively large cold side is
required as well as two-stage level cooling.
The series combines two
concepts: high density of elements and parallel-serial interconnections
between stages. |

Designed Modules
Custom designed TE modules are available according to demanded
specifications.
