The universal large series of miniature thermoelectric cooling modules. It contains single stage and multi-stage types types of various dimensions and cooling capacities :
 

three sub-series (MC04, MC06  and MC10) for applications with various restrictions of currents and dimensions from single-stage up to four-stage modules dimensions of 1x2 mm2 up to 15x18 mm2 minimum module height of 1.6 mm high quality bismuth telluride pure Al2O3 (100%) ceramics optional additional stages and custom specifications

APPLICATION: The MC Series of single and multi-stage TECs has been designed for cooling and thermostabilization of microchips, IR instruments and elements of semiconductor quantum electronics.
