RMT Ltd was founded in
1993 by a group of managers experienced in the field of semiconductor
materials, devices for IR- and laser techniques.
Due to long-term contacts with electronic firms both in Russia and former
USSR, as well as with research institutes of Russian Academy of Sciences and national
industry, our company has been making progress on perspective products and technologies in the field of its
business.
At the moment our company develops its own techniques in the field of manufacture of components and materials for
electronics, IR-engineering, end-user devices development manufacture.
