Maximum temperature difference provided by TEC sub-mount at I=Imax 

DTmax rated at Qmax=0, at other Q the DT should be estimated as DT=DTmax(1-Q/Qmax)

Qmax

Maximum heat pumping capacity provided by TEC sub-mount at I=Imax 

Qmax rated at DT=0, at other DT cooling capacity should be estimated as Q=Qmax(1-DT/DTmax)

Imax

Electric current resulting in greatest DTmax

 

Umax

Voltage drop at DTmax

 

Rt

Thermal resistance of the sub-mount package to the heat that is rejected at TEC operation

 

Th

TEC sub-mount bottom side temperature

Performance data shown in specifications (DTmax, Qmax, Imax, Umax) are given for Th=300K

H

Total TEC height

All dimensions are given in mm.
