   RMT Ltd has successfully finished complex Qualification Program 2018 of TECs.

   RMT carries out a complex Qualification program every two years. Its objective is to quantify the reliability of RMT’s thermoelectric coolers, to prove the TEC reliability meeting the requirements of the Telcordia GR-468-CORE standard and RMT internal specifications TU 8420-001-34609988-16.

   RMT presents new MD015 Series of TECs for cooling and temperature stabilization of miniature telecommunication systems. New MD015 Series TECs in the smallest version have planar dimensions less than 1.5 mm² and height less than 0.55 mm. They are recommended for miniature LD-applications using small headers (TO46 and TO56 and smaller).    RMT introduces several series of miniature thermoelectric coolers (TECs), suitable for different non-standard conditions and special applications.   RMT successfully completed development a new series of TECs with strengthened multilayered metallization barriers deposited on thermoelectric pellets.

   Earlier we announced that RMT engineers have achieved outstanding results by developing new improved thermoelectric materials. And now RMT is expanding this direction for different technical solutions. New high Z series of TECs with improved TE materials can be used in a wide variety of applications.

   RMT made a significant progress for increase of durability of sub-mounts with multistage TECs.

   RMT has developed a new technology for sub-mounts with multistage (especially 3- and 4-stage) TECs, which leads to an even greater increase in TECs’ durability (life time).

   RMT is one of the few TEC manufacturers that have in-house technology for thermoelectric materials. RMT is proud to announce further enhancement of its own technology for manufacturing N- and P-types thermoelectric materials for TECs and launches new series with improved parameters. learn more
